Simon started his career in 1989 as a trainee buyer for a national construction business. Simon stayed with the company until 2006, rising to Group Procurement Director. In 2006, Simon decided to further his experience by take up a role in the Caribbean on large construction and infrastructure projects to include; roads, schools, hospitals and a large resort in Barbados.

Simon returned to the UK in 2009 as Head of Procurement and Sustainability at Plymouth University, responsible for the procurement team, capital projects in excess of £1m and sustainability.

A new vision in 2013 brought Simon to the formation of Denham Consulting with Bobbie-Lynn. This new direction has given Simon the scope to provide support and expertise to a vast array of clients across a multitude of sectors in the procurement and project driven arenas. His honesty and unwavering support of his clients is the key to his success and a driving factor in the success of both his clients and Denham Procurement & Sourcing Solutions.
