Denham Procurement & Sourcing Solutions has provided short to medium term interim support across a multitude of sectors, including construction, rail, education and local authority. Our clients contact us when they require support for a set term due to a new or large project, to cover a recruitment process, to help usher in change or provide support and guidance during a transition period. We tailor our interim support to the specific requirements and time frames of our clients.
From early 2016 to mid 2019, Denham Procurement & Sourcing Solutions supported a FTSE 250 rail infrastructure company with material management and procurement consultancy, on site and remotely, on a number of rail electrification projects across England & Wales.
Initially brought in to assist on a short term interim basis to cover the recruitment process for a new Head of Procurement for a team of 14 with responsibility for an annual spend in excess of £200m, we were then asked to shift our focus to leading the procurement and distribution of materials for electrification of rail lines to ensure the timely completion of a number of large projects.
“Denham Procurement & Sourcing Solutions jumped in with both feet and delivered a stellar service across several different areas of our business. They consistently treated our business as their own, worked with passion and commitment and consistently delivered what we needed to meet the deadlines we were given.”
From July-September 2019 Denham Procurement & Sourcing Solutions assisted a large infrastructure company to mobilise a £1.5b 10 year framework in the North West of England. Again, we provided a blend of on-site and remote consultancy to enable in excess of 100 supplier contracts to be transferred from the incumbent supplier, ensuring that terms and conditions were agreed and communicated to the commercial teams so there was a seamless transition for the many teams that transferred from the incumbent supplier.
